Instead of handing out cards or brochures, this atypical information give-a-way piece presents blank CDs. The purpose is to inform the audience that there is responsibility with blank CDs in addition to responsibility with online content. The design of the disk jacket uses a caution-tape pattern to guide the eye.

The initial research for the campaign establishes high school and college students as the age demographic. Unlike previous campaigns, the focus is to reach the audience by providing information rather than using scare tactics.
